Webvixa Connect may offer a free or limited trial for new users. During the trial period:
- No subscription charges are applied unless explicitly stated.
- If no payment is made, no refund is applicable.
- Users may cancel the trial at any time before it converts into a paid plan.
2. Subscription Services
Once a user subscribes to any paid Webvixa Connect plan:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- The subscription can be cancelled at any time to avoid future billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of WhatsApp Business API and associated infrastructure costs, the following
services are strictly non-refundable:
- Platform subscription fees
- WhatsApp conversation charges / credits
- Add-ons, integrations, and feature upgrades
- One-time setup, onboarding, or chatbot development fees
- Third-party provider or Meta-related charges
4. Technical Issues
If a user faces continuous technical issues that significantly prevent platform usage:
- The issue must be reported to Webvixa Connect support.
- The issue must be verified by our technical team.
- A partial or full refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges
In case of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions:
- The user must notify us immediately.
- After verification, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
6. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time:
- Cancellation applies from the next billing cycle.
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current cycle.
- Special cases may be reviewed individually.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in temporary account suspension
while the matter is investigated.
